Item Availability and Special Orders
Little Bear is a small, independent, bricks-and-mortar store, with access to an enormous range of products.  Littlebearonline.com offers you the biggest possible selection by allowing you to view and order any product which is available to the store.  However, it is virtually impossible for us to stock every type and colour of each item (We couldn’t even fit them all in the store!), so we can’t guarantee that we’ll have your item on hand.  If the product you want isn’t in stock, don’t worry – we’ll be happy to ship your special order as quickly as possible.
Our online catalogue includes nearly every item that’s available to the store.  If you’re looking for a specific product that isn’t listed on our website, ask us about it at our requests department.  We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to find it for you, but it never hurts to ask!  Questions about bulk orders, as well as inquiries from retailers or online resellers, can also be sent to our requests department.

Prices published online may differ from prices offered in store.  In case of such a difference, the customer shall pay the price displayed at his or her place of purchase.  Products may change in price or availability at any time.  Please check relevant pricing and order information each time you order from littlebearonline.com.

Shipping Times
Littlebearonline.com combines the variety of quality products you’d find in the store with the convenience and ease of online shopping.  We can send your order to any country to which UPS or FedEx will deliver.  If your items are in stock, your order will be sent in 2-4 business days; please allow 4-6 weeks for special orders.  Orders within Canada will be sent by Canada Post, and by UPS or FedEx to the rest of the world.

Shipping Charges
Please remember that all prices are given in Canadian dollars.  Customers can pay for an order using their American Express, Visa, or MasterCard.  There is no minimum amount for an order; however, there is a minimum shipping charge of $10.  Shipping charges are determined based on your order’s size, cost, and destination.  All costs quoted on pages other than the checkout page are approximations and your actual shipping cost may vary.  You will see your shipping charge when you check out, before you pay for your order.
