HOW DOES LITTLE BEAR PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We take great care in handling our customers’ personal privacy and data security.   This website uses SSL certificates to ensure that your information is sent securely and solely to littlebearonline.com, and Verified by Visa so that only the registered cardholder can use their Visa card to place orders. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes, you can order by phone. Our direct number is (514) 935 3425.  Please keep in mind we are a small retail store and so we may need to call you back if busy with other customers.

IS THE ITEM IN STOCK?

We are a small store and in order to provide the large product selection we have online, we will inadvertently be out of stock on items periodically. We will email you promptly to let you know if your item is out of stock and will do our very best to fulfill the order in a prompt manner.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & JCB. We also accept personal checks and money orders if you order by phone or mail. All transactions are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to scramble credit card information.

WHAT SIZE SWEATER/COAT SHOULD I ORDER FOR MY PET?

The coat and sweater sizes for most of the items offered on the site are measured from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.  We have a complete size-fitting guide available at www.littlebearonline.com.

WHAT SIZE COLLAR SHOULD I GET FOR MY DOG?

Each collar has the sizing on the page it is listed and we also have a sizing guide link at the bottom of the site. Please read carefully how each collar is measured as each collar company may vary slightly.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We can send your order to any country to which UPS or FedEx will deliver.  If your items are in stock, your order will be sent in 2-4 business days; please allow 4-6 weeks for special orders.  Orders within Canada will be sent by Canada Post, and by UPS or FedEx to the rest of the world. Please feel free to let us know if you would like to make special expedited shipping arrangements and we will be happy to accommodate you in any way possible.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship international. You can click on the "SHIPPIING INFO" button above for estimated shipping costs. However, on international shipping, there may be additional shipping charges, depending on the item(s).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you don't love your new Little Bear product(s), simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition for a full refund, merchandise exchange or store credit.

We will accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order.  Products must be accompanied by their original box and receipt, and must be unused and in their original packages

WHAT IS YOUR SALES TAX?

Canadian residents are taxed 6% GST and a local PST taxes (depending on the province in question).  U.S. and international orders are not charged sales tax.
